I love this video. It is fun & easy to follow. It gives me just the right amount of low impact arobics. At age 58 and having lost over 80 pounds (45 to go) this is perfect. It is helping me to continue to lose, and have fun at the same time. I recommend this to anyone.

I LOVE THIS DVD. i ACTUALLY CAN "DO" THE EXERCISES AND THE OLDIES MUSIC IS WONDERFUL. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE FOLKS DOING THE EXERCISES ARE "REAL" PEOPLE RATHER THAN 22 YEAR OLD BODY BUILDERS TYPES. THE DVD IS GOOD EXERCISE AND FUN.
