Very nice, perfect for my needs,

We needed a way to keep our movies neat on a shelf next to a wall mounted tv. We looked at the pricey dvd shelves, bookends, and other options. The problem was that we have a mix of dvds in original cases, dvds in binders, and some in sleeves.
This works for all of them! The price is a smidge high, but its reasonable compared to similar products.

These are great! I have both this one and the DVD one. It's worth noting that they will both hold (the same number ~ 29) DVDs. The DVD tray is slightly taller so the DVDs do not stick out about the end/sides like they do in the CD tray. Mine are kept in a closed media center so I opted to buy more of the CD ones just to save a few bucks. If you were going to store them out in plain sight the DVD ones would look better. I've had mine for almost a year and they have held up very well. I balked at the price tag but I feel they are well worth it in terms of quality and appearance.
They will also hold VHS tapes...even those in the larger plastic cases ~ 14 in mine. |
