I am very happy with this product. I wanted a nice comfortable dog crate/kennel for my two small yorkies. They both fit comfotalby with room for food and water. I can move it easily with the dogs in or out due to the wheels and lock them when needed. The removable top is wonderful, very handy and the front door opens and lays against the side so they can go in and out as they want. It is very well made, nice looking and a perfect "bedroom" for the dogs to be tucked away for the night.

I would have given this crate 5 stars except that the bottom pan of the crate is made of plastic and there is not a latch to hold the door open. If my dogs wag thier tails and accidentaly hit the open door, it can close and they don't know how to get back in. It is very sturdy and nice looking...my dogs jumped in it the minute I put it together and they love it. Overall, I did a lot of research and looking around before I bought this crate...I would buy it again in a second.

My dogs are crate trained and put in them for when I am out of the house and for sleeping. I have this crate in both the small and medium sizes and love them. I live in Hawaii and the dogs need the cross ventilation of the open bars. I love the fact that they look so much better than a regular crate and are so easily moved from room to room. My 20 lb dog is in the large one and has plenty of room to move around. My 10 lb dog is in the small one and also is very comfortable. Great product!

I purchased this crate (the Mobile Pen 940) to replace a similarly sized "typical" metal crate that I've had for many years. What a lovely change this Richell crate is! Whereas the old crate always looked like something from an oldtime zoo - efficient but not particularly "pretty", this crate is downright attractive! I was impressed with it as soon as I began to take the pieces out of the box - the wood parts are solid, heavy, smooth and nice-looking. The instructions were easy to understand, all the parts fit together perfectly, and the crate was soon assembled and ready for use. Everything about this crate looks nice - even the plastic tray bottom is well matched in color to the wooden posts. Please do look at the actual measurements for the crate, however, because the manufacturer tends to downplay it's size. My medium sized, 30 pound dog has PLENTY of room to sit up, stand, walk and turn around, lie down, and stretch out - he's very comfortable in this crate! I like that it looks so nice in my house with other pieces of furniture, and the casters make it easy to move it for cleaning. This crate is definitely worth the money, and it earns every one of its FIVE stars!!

Extremely nice cage. Very simple to assemble. Slight problem with door panel. called Richell directly and they sent a replacement right away. Excellent customer service and fast turn around provided by Richell. Our 2 small dogs (10 lbs. each) share this cage with room to spare. In all the years of purchasing dog crates, this is my favorite one yet. Easy to clean and it moves from place to place without a problem. Worth the price and perfect for our need for a cage that looks great and is part of the living room furnishings.

This is an excellent mobile crate that looks great in our home. We purchased it for our Pomeranian. She loves her crate and loves when we move it to other rooms with her in it. This is her quiet place when we leave her home. Enough room for her to move around and keep her bed in it with toys. We brought the smaller one also for our smaller Pom and they both stay in them when we can't bring them along. When each of them were spayed they made a great crate to allow the healing process. The top made it so much easier to put them in and out. Great crate and looks nice in any room we wheel it into.

Richell 94128 Mobile Pen 940. I am extremely pleased with this dog pen. It was easy to assemble, is sturdy and good looking. I wheel it back and forth to different rooms. It looks so much better than the wire crates and I wouldn't mind having to have it in the house on a permanent basis. The door lock fastens securely, and so far my pup hasn't managed to figure out how to open it. I can't think of a negative thing to say about this item. Also, my order with Amazon was handled very expeditiously.

My breeder recommended this pen. It is a great product. It is very nice looking and goes anywhere in the house with its furniture quality look. Our Bolognese puppy loves "his den." It is mobile and easy to move from room to room to keep puppy nearby. This pen is big enough that you can place toys, water and food dish in it if you are going to be gone for an extended period of time. It also comes with a top if you have a jumper! Best product that I bought for our puppy. Buy one, you won't regret it!

Very well made crate! It is so beautiful, it looks great in any room, like part of the furnishings. It is easy to keep clean and the best feature, our dog cannot open the latch. She is notorious for opening latches.
