Is the Rick Riordan series for just children? I have been reading Fantasy for the last several years, and enjoy the "old" fantasy like: Jordan, Martin, Sanderson, Cherryh, etc...
The newer Fantasy is TOO GRAPHIC ~ as in erotic!!! I don't need to read how such things are done ~ I am 71 years old, and could probably teach them something.....
However, I quit reading Fantasy this Spring, and am now wanting to find another GOOD series...Is Rick Riordan more of a SiFi writer or is he Fantasy....I need someone to tell me I will like this author, since I just bought "The Lost Hero"..
