delicious recipes,

I have always been a fan of Rick Stein; especially his TV shows but had never tried his cookbooks and am so happy i did! Coast to coast has so many delightful recipes and they are neither too hard nor too easy. The recipes tend to offer new ways of preparing both meat and seafood which has left my family and I determined to try them all! Everything is very well explained and the pictures are mouthwatering! I will certainly buy more of his books! Happy cooking!
