I purchased this for my mother for Christmas. It arrived in an intact sealed manufacturer's box. When opened there were scuffs on the outside piece and some of the plastic was dirty. The fabric was loose and my mother was concerned it would tear easily during the rough handling by the airlines. It was returned for a full refund.
