I have been following Ricky Martin's career for over 10 years and the truth is that he has evolved into a class A showman. This concert was fabulous, every single detail: wardrobe, music, choreography, the treat of being a little more intimate with Ricky Martin by way of sharing with us what he's passionate about and what music has influenced him. Listening and watching him sing "Fuego de Noche" is a demonstration of his acting ability, you can hear the pain in his voice and see it in his face. I saw him live in Puerto Rico at the beginning of this tour and was blown away by how much he has grown and evolved as an artist. The DVD is a must and of course wanting to listen to the new arrangements of old favorites I purchased the CD via Itunes (Sorry Amazon! but I couldn't wait!). The one thing that was a let down "cringes at critizing anything that comes from RM" is that it DOES NOT contain every single song from the concert! AAAAAHHHHHHHH! But I'll take whatever I can get!

I saw the last show of his black and white tour in NYC at Madison Square Garden. He's such a fantastic performer. You'll love this cd and or the dvd set if you're a Ricky fan!

the music cd has ten great songs, but the dvd that comes with this product does not have the complete concert,it only has like 8 songs, so it is very disappointing. If you want the complete concert please buy the dvd version only

black and white tour DVD & CD

Finally a new Video from Ricky Martin. This is his last performance on stage, after the Black and White Tour all over the world. He is a good entertainer, in a good Show.

The DVD of the B&W Tour is a must. No other artist can command a stage like Ricky Martin. He is simply the best!!!

Let me first be clear, I am not a Ricky Martin drooler (I understand he has more than his share, lol!), but I do thoroughly enjoy his music. Call me a casual, appreciative fan. Sound Loaded is a terrific album, makes my hips wanna swivel, which is probably not good for any unbolted object within about a ten foot range.

I didn't have anything with Livin' La Vida Loca on it, and thought I'd like to have it on the Ipod, so I bundled down to Target to find one.

The only thing in the bin was "Black and White", so I snagged a copy.

This has to be just about the worst album in my extensive collection. The sound quality is horrible, the back up singers screech like fingernails raking down a chalkboard, the crowd noise is over the top (bully for him, but I prefer to be able to hear the MUSIC, hello?!)

But worst of all are the unrecognizable arrangements. Had he not uttered the words "La Vida Loca" I would not have had a clue it was the same song.

Inutterably awful CD from a fantastic artist. I never even made it to the end of the CD before ejecting it in disgust.

I did the unthinkable. I have never done this before. I put the CD out by the candy dish in my front office, hoping someone will pick it, and then I'll say "oh, please, take it WITH you!"

Now I'm off to find a copy of La Vida Loca, but will look for the studio version instead.
