I love these things! I have a very dry mouth due to an autoimmune disease (Sjogren's Syndrome) and Ricola Breath Mints dissolve in my mouth and keep it moist and comfortable. I keep a package under my pillow for I wake several times with a "cottom mouth" so I pop in a mint, tuck it into my cheek and go back to sleep with a much more comfortabe mouth. Having very little saliva to protect your teeth makes the sugar-free mints invaluable as they do not cause tooth decay.
I've used Ricola 'breath mints' for years - all flavors. There are prescription products and OTC products like artificial saliva sprays and lozenges for dry mouth, but Ricola works best for me. I highly recommend them!
