The flavor is perfect. No trace of artificial sweetner. A consistently satisfying losenge for those who or like them. I got hooked when I gave up cigars. Buying bulk saves money and makes you feel generous enough to hand them out to friends. Stay away from the cherry flavor - its awful.

I have always enjoyed Lemon Mint Ricola, especially the sugar free variety. I use the lozenges often to relieve a dry mouth or throat. Amazon's pricing of a dozen large bags is very competitive.
