What I got from the seller "qswords" was not as pictured. First of all there was no "grind" on these blades. Second: one claw was smaller than the other. The stand was not "magetized" and lastly the handle wrappings came off! As a true collector I couldn't stand having them in my presence so...I threw them out.

Nice collector's item, just don't go around cutting things with these... the metal is rather soft.

I must say, these are pretty awesome. There is no better way than to make you feel like your favorite BA Riddick. I had my doubts that they were going to be as cool as they were in the pictures, but the blades ended up exceeding my every expectation. The quality was great and the shipping was incredibly fast. They showed up at my door a day before amazon's earliest date. The handle wrapping was superb and the stand really gives it a great look. The blades were a bit dull, but if you're looking for something to sit on your shelf it doesnt really matter, and if it pains you that much you can always sharpen them. All in all great product, I am thouroughly pleased and if I have any other sword needs I'll be looking for Sword Demon.

these ulaks look nice but they are not as depicted in the photographs above. the handles are tiny i could only fit about 2 fingers when holding the ulaks and the photo provided clearly shows enough hand room. i am very disappointed my ulaks look nothing like the photos, im sure i could find better ulaks out there for the same price. not to mention the blades are really small too, i measured about 10 inch blade length and the stand is cheap wood and poorly made. very disappointing, i was really looking forward for a nice pair of ulaks i can display and add to my collection. im not sure what im gonna do with these now.

i ordered my pair from qswords, overall i am happy with the product but the things i wasn't happy with were that the stand wasn't magnetic, and the claws were only about 10 inches not 12 like the description said. they make a great display piece though

Awesome product. I got it for my boss as a birthday present. He was thrilled! The blades feel really solid and are fully functional. My husband has a pair too and he loves them.

Nice blades if you are into such thing.

These were much nicer than I expected. The blades are well made and the wraps on the handles were very nice. Even the stand was qaulity. Overall a very nice piece for any Riddick fan.

I thought the same thing everyone did before they bought this item, highly underestimated!lol. I looked at all the pictures and was thinking to myself that they look pretty cool, but when i ordered them and received them i opened the box as soon as i got it, and when i finally held both of these masterpiece works of art in my hands i felt how intimidating and well made they truly were, the quality is more than amazing! The things i loved most about these blades is the hand wrapping, very high quality and well made, then it was the size that surprised me, theyre pretty big, holding them while looking in the mirror made me think to myself, "No one would even dare try to break into my house" Lmao. Theyre absolutely insane! Not to mention, they came within 4 days after i ordered them, they came super fast!lol.....As a Chronicles of Riddick fan, i highly recommend these blades! :-)

But these puppies are actually incredible, if in design more than make. Everything about the Ulak is interesting from a utilitarian point of view, and a part of me is very interested in where the idea for them came from. They seem to be derived from sickles and the noble (albeit inverted) kopesh in general shape, but are weaponized in a way that almost makes them practical. These may not be made of high quality metal, but I don't expect you'll be fighting any necromongers with them. These are display and practice pieces, and I suppose if sharpened they would make serviceable weapons as long as you don't try to fight anyone with an actual sword. You'll notice immediately that the weapon is very, very awkward if you only hold one, these were definitely conceived to act in pairs, as extensions of the arm and probably for a monkish martial art style. I like them, and would commission a real pair (perhaps with a hook beneath to better facilitate parrying and ensnaring, something for which this weapon would excel) if I wasn't certain I would be laughed out of the building for asking. Very nice fantasy weapons, very cool looking, and a sweet memento from an underrated movie.
