It is the same old country type of song but with a extra kick. It is kind of country rap and country rock mixed together. Colt Ford is awesome in concert too!

I am not one to listen to Rap music...by far.I listen to Country and Bluegrass and Old Timey music.I had listened to a song from Colt Ford on my friends,Myspace this how I found the music.
This CD,Ride thru the Country from Colt Ford is really good and yes it is Rap music.There is a twist,this is Country Rap music.I am looking out for Colt's Ford next ride(cd).

This CD is not your traditional good ole Country music, and I'm not one for rap type music but this cd is well worth a listenin if you like Country music. Its Country rap along with actual singing here and there.

This is not a Rap nor is it a country CD. Its kinda like rap and country collided and something even better came from it.

This is the most entertaining, from my neck of the woods kind of guy! Upbeat country rap, this is like no other country, I don't like country! There are 2 favorites of mine, Colt Ford and Joanna Cotten! Worth buying!!!

This CD is hard to find in stores. Let me tell you, if you haven't heard Colt Ford you have got to look him up on Myspace and listen. He has a unique but very good style of music. I was hooked the first time I heard it!

What can I say. I was blown away by this album. Very angry to read some of the idiots comments on itunes. If you like this album write some good reviews on itunes also. I'm so thankful that something new is out there to break the monotony.

Colt Ford is great! He puts a unique twist on Country Music and speaks the truth in his lyrics. My favorite song is "Ride Through The Country" as it describes "Country Folk" to a tee!

Colt raps to country music. Very unique with a lot of humor. If you don't take it too seriously, you'll love it. My favorite is #3 - there's no trash in my trailer - if you like that song, you'll like the album.
