Nice from far..., January 31, 2011
When I saw these flip flops I said to myself "WOW", got to have these. The price was reasonable so I went ahead and bought them. They look as good as they do in the picture...maybe even better in person. When I wore them I was very impressed. They did look good on me.
However (yes, there is a "however"), they seem a little heavy, especially the back of them. If your coming from wearing CROCS and you wear the difference in the overall comfort when you walk is noticeable. They do feel like your wearing a chunky piece of rubber. That for me was a significant let down which I felt could have been avoided.
I hope the guys at RIDER take this into consideration when making their "next gen" flip flops.
