I have used this product for about a year, and from the first dose, i noticed that my sinus passages seemed clearer and i wasnt waking up with the severe sinus headaches that i am usually plagued with. I have had no know side effects with this product. I would recomend it to anyone seeking a good sinus medication that doesnt tend to give you the "medicine head" affect. I also use "Clear Lung" it is the best!!!!

I have tried all sorts of OTC products and several ridiculously expensive prescription meds, and none are as effective as this stuff. I take it in conjunction with zyrtec and it's much more effective than Claritin D - and the benefit is that it is not quantity controlled by the government since it can't be turned into meth.
