This is a VERY comfortable sleeping pad for sleeping outdoors. The reason I am giving it a three is because it is not very transportable if you wanted to do some backpacking. I had gotten it to go backpacking but it doesn't shrink down too well and was vry cumbersome trying to figure out how to carry it. It is great if you are car camping though.
