Easy fast-food reading,

Francome is fun to read. Some of his books are tighter than others. But this is the equivalent of fast food. I'm not expecting great nutrition, but I do want something quick and fun. In that light, this Francome story gets a passing grade.

This review is from: Riding High (Paperback)
If you have recently discovered John Francome's novels, steer clear of his combined efforts with James Macgregor. Plots are not clever, hero is a non-entity, unwarranted sadism--the only thing good about it is that it's only 230 pages long and selling for cheap.
