This book is based on live workshops at Esalen. It captures the experience of working with Arny and Amy vividly. It's like receiving a direct transmission of the spirit and method of Process Work. I expect to read it over and over.

This was a used book, but in great condition. No writing or highlighting in the book. It has a few worn edges, but then most used books do.
