The story of Dax and his troubled soul to Rhee and Mickey and their troubled life , the club and Hawks involvement was great ! I can't thank you enough for these book , your such a great writer. Thank You!
This series follows The Phantoms Motorcycle Club and includes all four books. EARNING THE CUT was a good introduction, as it explained Dax's childhood and how he came to be involved with the MC - and with Trish. We meet Rhiannon in Satin and Steel. I have to say that reading the books straight through as a set was excellent. They are not stand-alones. The whole story is told from start to finish and since you can't put the books down, having them all there to read straight through is essential.
The story covers a lot of territory and you get to meet a LOT of interesting characters along the way. I think that Wince and Charisma were my favorites. I am hoping for a spin-off series to be able to follow this interesting cast of characters. I think there are plenty of fascinating secondary players and unfinished business to justify continuing the story (fingers crossed).
Jayna Vixen knows how to keep her readers glued to the page. The suspense was palpable and the outcomes were rewarding. There were times that I was wrung out and felt like I had been through the drama along with the characters. If I could have reached into the book, I would have pulled Allana's hair right out of her head. Ugh! Of course I wanted to hug Minali and Turtle. For someone who had only a missing sister as family, Rhiannon was a lucky girl. You learn through the course of events that family comes in many forms and that you don't have to share blood to be a member of one.

It had it all. Made me laugh and cry but I wish the was more about Wince and Mouse.
She deserves a better ending.
I enjoyed the plot and characters and finished the prequel and the three books. I must say though that there was an error in the editing that stopped me from giving it five stars. Read morePublished 11 months ago by Cherylbfitz
