Lovely feel, and makes wine taste better, But, man are they fragile. If you want the EXACT same shape (maybe a little thicker crystal in some places) try the Schott Zwiesel Forte's. The Bordeaux is exactly like the Vinum Bordeaux, but cheaper and a LOT more sturdy.

If you enjoy good wine then you must try Riedel glasses for the appropriate type wine you are drinking. They do make a difference. This is a special deal since you get 8 glasses for the price of 6! Not everyone is lucky enough not to break a glass at some time.

We are adding to our assortment of glassware and have become spoiled to using a better glass as well as making sure we offer this to our friends. It does matter what wine glass you use and you will not be disappointed with this Riedel glass. Enjoy!

No better glass to enjoy fine wine. Standard in the industry. Quite fragile, however. Fine in dishwasher, but space widely and use product specific support device.

Buy six and get eight, this is a deal. I am not happy with thick wine glasses and these are thin enough to make the grade.

This was a great deal on for some nice Riedel white wine glasses. Nice addition to our Cab Sav Riedel Glasses. Expensive to replace and require extra care when cleaning. Don't let your guests who want to help out with the dishes clean these or you are likely to have a broken one.

Over the years I've phased out all of my wine glasses, EXCEPT for my Riedels. Each type is perfect for that particular style of wine, and it's a pleasure to drink fine wine out of a fine glass. The glasses are fragile, though -- I've broken many glasses just washing them -- and I recommend using a drying rack specifically for wine glasses. The set of white wine glasses I recently purchased came with two "bonus" glasses (buy 6 and get 8) - a great deal!

Of course not dishwasher proof unless you put D/W on gentle. Handwash and go get a wine-glass soft cleaner brush. Not for everyday, but quality.

Excellent value package for very nice Riedel glasses. Top quality wine glasses do make wine drinking more enjoyable. As a winemaker I demand a quality glass that is hand washed for evaluating wines in all stages of wine making and aging. They simply do a better job, and these Riedel glasses at less than $19 each are a great value.
As always Amazon service, ease of shopping, shipment speed cannot be beat.

I find that I use this glass frequently. I have many others, including the XL versions, etc. I find that the latter are too easy to break. So, I often use this for casual and even not-so-casual quaffing.
