To all you younger hardcore/punk lovers, definately an album you NEED to hear. If you're into any of the Fugazi generation of punk, then you probly know this band. If not, check them out. I went to see this band everytime they were w/in 50 miles of my hometown when I was in High School and College. Their live shows kick @$&, and they're either really nice guys or good actors. AMAZING musicians... GREAT emotional vocals and INCREDIBLE lyrics. Buy their music. Down By Law is similarly AWESOME, so get some DAVE SMALLEY tunes while you're at it. Peace and Punk, ~M

This record's label, Revelation Records, states that "Rigged" is "possibly the best record ever."

They are possibly correct.

From start to finish, this album is amazing and still holds up nearly 14 years later.

The first time I heard Farside I didn't know quite what to think,since I had just recently been introduced to this type of music. It wasn't really punk,it wasn't really hardcore and back then none of us knew what emo was.All I knew was that this record rocked .I couldn't get enough.They blended beautiful melodies,vocal harmonies insightful lyrics and all around incridible musicianship into one of the greatest records I have ever heard to this day.I only gave 4 stars rather than 5,because they only got better.

This Band was the first local band that I had seen. I would say they are the reason I like most of the music I listen to now. This album from start to finish is a powerful mix between lyrics and music. I belive Popeye was the voice that had never been heard before in music. He may not have the greatest voice, but the emotion he puts into the music is unparalled. If anyone wants to hear what a great alternative band should sound like look no further than this cd.

this is one of the best albums ever.emotional yet driving music that you will want to listen to over and over .the vocals are shared between popeye and kevin both of whom have great voices . not one song on this album lets it down .
