With help from his grandmother, Joe Joe discovers the significance of Jesus' teaching "Blessed are the peacemakers" - individuals who stand apart from the crowd and help other folks work out their problems.

her writing style is current and intelligent at the same time. The issues faced by inner-city youths are expertly addressed in this great addition to the series. I was at a reading by her with my son, and he loved it.
