5.0 out of 5 stars A life-changing experience
This is the first in a series of books (eight so far) published every 2 or 3 years since 1984. Simply stated, these are the most profound books I have ever read. So much so, in fact, that I threw away most of my other spiritual books after getting into these. These books are for the serious seeker--they are not for everyone. 3.0 out of 5 stars For the Serious Seeker
It is best not to let any book be your bible, but this book is interesting. In the words of Gene Davis "do not read to believe or disbelieve but read and let you own inner self knowledge know if it is right for you." If you are really open minded this book will stir a lot of emotions that may provide some needed clearing. I also recommend reading the follow up book...

5.0 out of 5 stars A life-changing experience, April 3, 2000
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
This is the first in a series of books (eight so far) published every 2 or 3 years since 1984. Simply stated, these are the most profound books I have ever read. So much so, in fact, that I threw away most of my other spiritual books after getting into these. These books are for the serious seeker--they are not for everyone. They are very deep, but they're written in a straightforward manner. In order to get much out of them, you need to be willing to really look at yourself and the beliefs you hold. But if other spiritual and new age books have left you feeling like something's missing, these may be exactly what you're looking for.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love lost, May 16, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
Read through this book and you may find it interesting or you may not. Feel through this book and you will be changed. There are no promises on the outcome but if you sincerely seek the truth of creation you must consider what this book and the following books in the series have to say. It will force you to look deeper into yourself then you have ever considered. It will challenge every belief you have held so dearly about yourself, your God and your life. It is intended to move your denials, emotions you have avoided and separated yourself from since your inception as a spirit. But consider this, if you succeed in true integration, acceptance and balance, you will be in wholeness and true love for the first time in forever.

5.0 out of 5 stars a well grounded book, January 10, 2002
By
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
I found this book to be the most grounded spirtual book I
have read in a long while. It is a very practical, no-nonsense
source of information, and it corresponds to my own life experience. Many 'spiritual' books come across as somewhat flakey and wishy-washy. This gets straight to the point and comes
from the mouth of the big-guy himself (or herself). It does not ignore the nitty-gritty and explains alot of how the world came to be how it is. Alot of information to digest, but worth it. A must read for anyone who is serious about their spirituality and healing!

5.0 out of 5 stars An Imperative Read, But Only If You Are Serious..., January 26, 2006
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
Serious about healing and spiritual awakening that is. This book/series is NOT for the faint-hearted. It is not an easy read, even though you look at the first book and think wow it's so small I'll blaze right through it. You won't. This book, unless you are some kind of alien who has no emotional center at all, will trigger emotions you didn't even know you had. This book will rock you to your very core, because of the Eternal Truths contained within. You will become frustrated, angry, go into fits of uncontrolled sobbing, disbelief, and ultimately...you will come to understanding, acceptance, truth, and HOPE. If you have a deep, underlying sense of..."something isn't quite right with the world, but I don't know what it is or where it originated" these books tell you exactly what "it" is and why it happened. That spiritual itch that you just can't seem to scratch enough to go away will be relieved. However, it will not be comfortable when you first hear it (or rather, are reminded of it...because you already know it inside). Once you read these books, you will never be the same...

5.0 out of 5 stars Learning How to Manifest, April 30, 2000

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
This book taught me how to use my emotions to create what I wanted in my life by learning how to accept my emotions in a non detached way. I recommed this book to the serious at heart seeker. It is very potent and impeccably straight forward. This book addressed truths I had never heard or read before. That in itself was very transformational for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars astonishing information that could (and should) change the world, March 19, 2009
LATER NOTE: new edition (slightly revised) published in 2010 available also as an ebook for instant download at $10 - check out the "Right Use of Will . com" website.

This book - and the rest of the series - is unique and contains stunning information about the reason the world is so imbalanced. The succeeding books (which are best read in this order) are Original Cause I, Original Cause II, Earthspell, Heartsong, Land of Pan, Imprinting, and Indigo.

This book is the first of a series of astonishing books by Ceanne DeRohan, all of which should be bestsellers. Right Use of Will was first published in the 1980s, long before most of the other new age revelations starting coming out from the mid-1990s onwards - first a trickle, now a flood. And the series remains way ahead of - and is very different indeed from - most spiritual books, of which I've read literally several hundreds. Of the dozens I've bought over the decades, these are the only ones I kept during a clearout when I donated most of my extensive library to a "hungry" couple who were ready to - in their words - "cherish, devour, learn". (I also bought another copy of this book to give them, of course.)

These books are already classics, going deeply into our origins, including hidden agendas operating right from the start. They are not easy to read with the conventional mind, the emotional body's co-operation is required. Each seems almost more fantastic than the previous one, but I have met the author and can vouch for her sanity and groundedness. I sense the truth resonating from every page of these books, which is not necessarily the case with so many other channeled or new age books.

This series of books calls the emotional body the "Will" and identifies it as the feminine aspect. Emotions as our Will? This seems odd, until you learn, in books about the brain, that people who cannot access their feelings because of brain damage are simply unable to make decisions. They can logically calculate the advantages and disadvantages of each choice but, because they just don't know how they feel about each choice, they're stuck. Clearly feelings drive decisions and this means willpower is only accessible through emotions. This is not what we've all been taught, is it?

Many books pay lipservice to the four basic dimensions (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical) but most stint the emotional, a major - and possibly deliberate - oversight, as these profound books show. Negative" emotions have been judged against for eons but the problem is that, the more we suppress and deny those uncomfortable emotions, the less we can feel the so-called "positive" emotions. Society imposes control by the use of guilt, instead of the natural ease and rightness of actions when all emotions are allowed to flow freely and evolve. When emotions are feared and blocked, the result is pain and dis-ease.

Also, I wanted to mention the author's latest book, "Feelings Matter" (2007), addressing "the role that stress has been playing in our brain and nervous system imbalances, information on nutrition and detoxifying our bodies and also what can be done during pregnancy, birth and early infancy to stop perpetuating our developmental imbalances." This new book is further described on her website as: "Although Feelings Matter is not part of the Right Use of Will series, it contains the same basic concepts applied to our brain development, our health and our ability to function in our daily lives. Anyone you wanted to give a copy of Right Use of Will, but didn't think they would accept the information, can read this, because the same basic concepts are all backed up now with science."

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the five best books I have ever read, September 7, 2000
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
I am now reading Right Use of the Will for the third time. This book (and the others in this series) are on the same level as Conversations with God, and A Course in Miracles. This first book in the series gives a new way of looking at our emotions that is life changing. The material on 'releasing judgments' is revolutionary. I have all the books in the series and am looking forward to the next one. If you like the book, also check out Godchannel.com on the internet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mind and mood altering experience, May 15, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body (Paperback)
I recorded this book in my own voice and listened to the tapes as to free my perceptions for full sensory experience. This book has been semi-private, word of mouth, etc etc...for some time. This is the most public I have seen it available. 14 years ago that would have excited me. Today as I saw this pop up on the screen, well there are not words to accurretly describe my response. What I want to say is what I wish had been made clear to me before I picked up this book for the first time. I was seeking to understand my emotional self so that I could better control and understand my life.

Read the Introduction first. Be honest with yourself. Breath. If this book is not for you. Put the book down. And walk away while you can.
