Amazon Verified Purchase

Though the product is fine, I paid extra for express shipping that didn't happen. I was not informed on the Amazon site that delivery would be delayed. When I found out, I contacted Amazon and they pointed back at the supplier. I ended up receiving it weeks later, when I paid for it to be there in a day. There should be a way for consumers to know if the item they are buying is truly in stock.
