This is an excellent portable chair that we use for the beach. It seems like it may be priced slightly higher than it should be based on its simple appearance; however, it is absolutely a quality-built item that is loaded with 'hidden' features.
The features I am speaking of is the pouch behind the chair, the backpack-folding ability, and the quality of construction. When discussing the construction, I just point at the wooden armrests that are really nice. The chair is simply a sturdy chair that does not feel cheap. I can tell that this one is going to last a long time and get a lot of use.
I don't have any negatives to date. The chair is really comfortable to sit in--so much so that my Dad wanted to watch TV in our den sitting in this chair instead of the sofa.

I received this chair and was very happy with how light it is. The next day I went to walmart and found a chair that looked just like it and only slightly heavier for only $10.00. I feel a little ripped off, but it is a nice chair.

This is an expensive chair for the beach, but well worth the cost. My last chair like this lasted several years of almost daily use in the summer. This is my second backpack chair and I highly recommend it.
