The Rio Big Guy Backpack Chair is an aluminum frame chair, with 300-pound maximum weight capacity, that adjusts to four unique positions, and the extra-large, reinforced frame is powder-coated for added durability. Once situated in the sand, beach-goers will appreciate the cushioned pillow, molded and cushioned arm rests, and drink holder. A rear-access zippered carry pouch provides storage of small essential items, and when it's time to head home or further down the beach, the entire lightweight package collapses to a backpack-style carrying configuration with padded, adjustable shoulder straps.

I love this comfortable roomy chair that is even big enough for a 300lb female. Other chairs are to narrow and hurt my legs, this chair is just right. Wide enough to be comfortable but not to wide as to look like a love seat on the beach. No one ever puts their weight on reviews and I felt this would be helpful to other people in my situation to have a better understanding of how the fit would be.

This is a great beach chair that is easy to carry and sits great. They are very durable as we have at least half a dozen of them at our beach house for guests to use. We purchase them at Costco for around $ 25.00 for what its worth.

I like the chair very much. I expect it will be convenient within my camping tent when it is raining. Its feet make it very tent friendly. But, although it is as light as any tent type chair, it is designed for a very big person. Nevertheless, where I am a very small person, I like it even more because it is so spacious for me. I expect that to be a big help as well when it is raining, so that I won't feel so closed in by my tent.
