I've played Landlord before buying it, and I found it to be a highly dynamic game that has a lot of replayability. It can be a little hard to grasp the many game concepts at first, but it easily becomes a gem to own. I would recommend it for groups who enjoy a long drawn out game, it definitely is not a short game to play when you consider the amount of thinking required each turn.

A unique game that's fun for the whole family. The idea is that you're a landlord, you must build buildings, manage tenants, collect income and try to hurt the other landlords. In essence, whoever has the most money wins the game. You can move tenants, evict people, demolish buildings, plant bombs and even murder other tenants (or even your own if you're so inclined). Will you get away with it? Will you make it rich or break the bank? Play the game and find out!

Quick to learn and play 30 minutes or so
Minimal strategy required so it's a great light hearted game
Girls seem to enjoy this game as much as boys

Takes a bit to learn how to play, but once you learn the rules it's simple and very fun. We've played it tons in the couple weeks since Christmas.
