Product Description

This collection contains four unusually great card games by four great designers. The games are called: M?, NJET, Was sticht?, and Meinz. Each of these games is a trick-taking game, but each also has a very special way of handling the trick-taking: one may choose his own hand cards, trump is chosen by the players together, or one can win a trick by merely calling it his! One box, four games, and endless fun awaits you!

I grabbed the iOS game of Mü some time ago and fell in love with the game. This is the physical game, along with a few similar games. I've brought this out at game nights and so far everyone who has played has enjoyed them. I appreciate the variety of the multiple games in one box, but it can be a bit of a pain having to separate out the decks before you can play. Since they lump all the cards together you'll have too many 0's or 7's in the box, so before you can play any of the games you need to sort out the cards and make sure your deck is properly constructed. Then you can shuffle it and start playing.

Bit of a pain, but not enough to make a terrible experience. Once you've got the game going it's great fun. Just a bit of set-up time, is all.

The only reason I have given this 4 instead of 5 stars is that the cards wear out and get sticky from use.

The game is great and lots of fun to play with friends! However the quality of the cards is quite terrible! For $24 if I am getting playing cards I expect them to be good quality plastic and last me a fairly long time. But these cards got spoiled in less than 6 months, and they don't slide at all...very disappointing esp for a German produce.

Love Mu. We haven't even tried the other games yet, and it was beyond worth getting this game

It took me a while to understand the rules to Mu. I also even downloaded the app to get a better grasp of how it's played. Once I figured it out, it became very apparent to me that gameplay was very random, to say the least...

The game has 2 phases: players bidding for two trumps (colors and/or numbers) and then attempting to reach a certain points total after all tricks are played based on those trumps. Oh yeah, you also bid for a partner while the others try to disrupt your goal. Like I said, confusing. The random aspect comes into play when you can't follow suit of the same color of what was led; you can then play any color you want. Bottom Line: the 2 highest type of trump cards will always win over the other colors. Ran out of trump colors in your hand? Expect to lose...

For the record, I deleted the app.
