Carman is an awesome Chrisitan artist who doesn't try to veil the gospel message or water it down. In this day and age where it is not politically correct to talk about, much less sing about, the name of Jesus, it is refreshing to know that Carman has the backbone to boldly proclaim the Lordship of Jesus Christ! My wife and I, along with our three young sons, all love to listen to Carman and his music.
I thank God for Carman and appreciate both his humility and his openess to the Holy Spirit! Oh, and by the way, this CD rocks!!!

This has to be one of, if not THE best Christian CD's on the market today. The songs are inspirational (Whiter than snow - my sins have been forgiven and forgotten by the Father and There is a God - Scientific evidence that God DOES exist). I've met Carman (volunteered on the RIOT tour). He is very concerned with lost souls in this world. His talent is Holy Spirit driven and, as an artist, he will continue to achieve great things for God's kingdom!! Praise His Holy Name!!!

Carman has always (from as early on as I can remember) sang a lot of songs that have stories to them. I think that's what's kept me listening to his music all this time-besides the most obvious fact that his music ALWAYS directly glorifies God, and he's got a good, strong voice. While I'm not into listening to his softer ballads most of the time, they're still uplifting and worth it to hear the creativity in his story-songs.

Honestly I grew up listening to Carman ever since I was the age of 5 and the first time I heard the song Champion from Carman that was the song I needed to give my life to JesusChrist and ever since I have been hearing Carman I have really loved his song. The bottom point is that Carman has changed my life

This is not the old Carman. He throws a couple of harder songs into the mix with his praise songs. Even if you aren't into his louder, harder, and faster songs you will still enjoy this album. There are fewer songs on this album compared to some of his others. Don't let that discourage you. Most of the songs on this album are a little longer so you aren't getting shorted out of any music. Check out some of the promos that came out around the same time as this CD. There was a devotional and a book for kids. Overall this is a wonderful album from a great artist.

I'd like to state, that after reviewing this cd multiple times, I've enjoyed it, it's helped me get through various hard times in my life, and honestly, I can't deny the fact that Carman has most definately stated truth about God so fluently, chosen his words so carefully to come out with an excellent impression that he has done not a job of his own doing, but a job, a gift, an honor that God gave him to do! God is awesome, wonderful, and understanding. Carman, I salute you, for giving the world a gift that is best not to be denied, because man, without you, i'm not sure if i'd be here today! WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!

I have been listening to Carmen for years. When I found the music of my parents dry and unmeaningful to me, there was Carmen. He has opened all kinds of doors to my spiritual walk and I believe it is because God is the inspiration for his work...always. There's something for everyone.

This is a wonderful CD and tape for all christians out there. R.I.O.T. is 1 of my favorites from Carman.

This was the first contemporary Christian music I was exposed to as a new Christian. I felt great peace because casting off my old life I thought meant giving up great music. R.I.O.T. was like a message from God that music is cool....as long as the message is His. There are those who say modern Christian music is the devil's tool. I say reidiculous. If I were diabetic I would get my sweetening from Equal instead of sugar. Christian music is just as hip (if not more hip) than secular music and I get to dance and be joyful just the same.- Jane Bellmyer Weaver

This CD has a great mix of up beat contemporary songs like RIOT, to wonderful worship songs like Whiter than Snow. Carmans concerts continue to bring in thousands of younger Christians, and with music like this, he will continue to. Of course people who are not willing to accept Christ will not understand his music, but one day they will open their eyes, on this earth or in front of Christ himself.
