The folks putting out Numan's music lately seem to have a habit of releasing the same material (including a never-ending parade of remixes of very old songs) in many different packages. I think even some of the more affluent fans would go broke if they bought every Numan compilation popping up lately. Fans need to stand up and make the record people realize that, as great as Numan is, we only want to pay for his new tracks and remixes once. Teasing fans with cheesy singles only to release the same material in more legitimate packaging later (and, sometimes, even after the material has already been out) is not cool! Take this single and its sequel: the remixes on Rip 1 and 2 as well as the videos were soon after released on the double CD Hybrid. If you have or are planning to purchase Hybrid, pass on these. Even for a collector or Numan completest they are not very impressive. There is no CD booklet, no other photos of Numan except a reverse of the cover photo, and not even a back cover (just the CD showing through the case). Save your money and buy Hybrid, not these.
