Don't Get Fooled. This is not JMS,

This feels like a 3rd rate Comic written by a 3rd rate author. Because lo-and-behold, JMS is not helming this project. The 2 stories are easily forgettable, has no depth, and really no value to the entire series. If you're a great big fan of Rising stars and just need your fix, then get it. Otherwise you're about to be horribly disappointed.
