This book is a good basic overview of risk management. Has lots of case examples and usuable suggestions on actions to take. A little wordy and not easy to read (to much extraneous info) I think it could have been done in much less space. Still good info on the subject matter.

Joann's book helped me ask the right questions, and gave me the confidence that we were going to open and run a safe, successful worksite fitness center. A must for worksite wellness libraries.
