I plan to go through it several times just to soak up the profound and encouraging insights along my own journey of faith!

Incorporating quotations from the great Christian theologians of the past with current stories from Steve's life makes this book come alive. Many Christians have a desire for a deeper relationship with God and using the format of a short daily devotion Steve has given practical yet profound ways to grow in this relationship. As a church librarian, I will review and promote this book with my patrons as a significant addition to our library in the area of Christian theology.

This is perhaps Dr. Steve's best book. Written in a daily devotion format, the chapters are short, and allow you to read a chapter - even when you don't have much time. Each day's topic prompts you to slow down enough to see what is really important in the universe around you. In fact, I sometimes read a chapter over for a couple of days as there is so much to ponder. What a great way to start each day!
