I purchased this cable several months ago and purposefully waited to review it.

When handling this cable you can feel that it is cheaply made, as expected for the price. That being said I use this cable to span about 70 feet of outdoor area to a detached room. The wire has been exposed to a recent Blizzard (around 4 feet of snow) and we've had some wind gust have reached 60 miles an hour. I have not had a single problem and it's still working great.

I wouldn't choose it for mission critical applications but I would certainly purchase it again for household use.

I have nothing but positives to say... I will be a returning customer!

There isn't much to it - just your basic Cat5 cable. But it is exactly that, with decent connections at both ends. It does it's job. The great thing about it is the price (I bet you won't come close from any local outlet or many other online retailers) and the fast shipping. It is more like a great seller than a great cable. So, like I said: It is a good cable at a great price!

THis is a good cord. I have it running down one wall to my router, through the attic and into a closet to my Direct TV receiver. The outer part of the cord is a bit weak, but if your not constantly moving the cord around you should be ok.

The local shops wanted $80 for a cable that was a bit longer, but I did not need that length and this cable works flawlessly. I strongly recommend it for anyone!!!

I need to run a cable between the router and the remote computer because there was too much interference for wireless to work. I was a little concerned initially because the price was just too good. Well, it works perfectly.

The cable is much thinner compared to other CAT5 network cable I have used. This creates a problem when you attach to something using cable nail downs as it is too loose and does not hold in place. I got it for a low price and it works fine but I would prefer a heavier duty cable next time.

Althought this product had received some questionable lack of quality attributes, I found it to be NEW and FLAWLESS. It worked perfectly, and it was purchased for an unbelievably great price.

Works great for my needs. Lightweight, yet sturdy. I might have overshot and should have instead got a 50ft instead of this 75ft but that's my mistake. I tested the cable with a 1GB file transfer from a Macbook Pro to a Windows XP Desktop with a Linksys WRT54GL router sitting in between them. Throughout-put was about 10MB/s or 80MBits/s so close to the theoretical 100Mbit/s.

Due to some reviews I was a little worried about quality, but the price was so good I decided it was worth the risk - and it was. It's a good cord at a great price.
