Awesome track that I found as the closing to Superpitcher's today album released in 2005 on the Kompakt label, well at least I thought as its not listed on their website.
I'm a sucker for violins and string sounds in tracks and this one is poignant, hopeful, emotional and just beautiful really cant wait to hear it on my big day! :)

The remixes fail to improve on the original (included), but this single is programmed like a suite with the 2 new remixes of "La Ritournelle" bookending the original and a brief, moody string instrumental from the album "Politics", "Slow Lynch". Just shy of 20 minutes playing time (bizarre UK regulations governing the length of cd singles), each track segues beautifully into the next. As they say in the trade, if you love the original you'll love this single.
