Morpheus Descends, July 7, 2005

Probably the most popular band to come out of Middletown NY. Morpheus Descends was what Death Metal should've sounded at the time: Raw, powerful, full of energy. Ritual of Infinity I obtained at a Morpheus Descends show at the old Class of 57 in Middletown NY. They were handing out free copies. When I first heard it I was breathless, the guitars were awesome, the vocals were amazing, and the material was original I recommend this album (if you can find it, this album is a rarity. If you like Deicide, Obituary, and that type of genre, you will love Ritual of Infinity by Morpheus Descends.
