I have been using this crock pot for at least a year. I don't have much to say, I have used it at least weekly for at least a year and it has done it's job and worked exactly as it should.

I purchased this crock pot to replace my old crock pot when we remodeled our kitchen. It gets WAY too hot. It burned my new dark gray Corian countertops and boiled soup all over the countertops while on a LOW setting. I even exchanged for a new one, but had the same overheating problem. My old Rival crock pot was great, but I would not use this model.
