If you are looking for tasty meals to share with your family that are quick & easy to make you'll like this cookbook. Every page has color photos with the recipe. This hardcover book lays flat so it's easy to use while cooking. It's set up for quick to make meals (similiar to Sandra's semi-homemade cooking show on Food Network) with easy to find ingredients.

Have created several of these great recipes. Nutritous and tasty. With our family being on the go and working 12 hour shifts, crock pot cooking is definitely a must.

This cookbook is easy to cook from, nice and simple ingredients, too. I'm very glad I purchased it.

I wasn't thrilled with this cookbook. If you want cheap, "open a can of this, dump in, & stir", kind of recipes, you'll like this book.

Bought this as a gift and the recipient loved it. Has some interesting and simple recipes. A real plus having heavy cardboard pages!

bought this as a gift for someone who only cooks in crock pots and she seems to like it.

I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I generally have a good eye for "deliciousness"---and these recipes look very good. In addition, most members of my family are vegetarians and as I reviewed the book, I thought of easy substitutions or deletions--for example the Corn Chowder---I could make it without the bacon, and sprinke dried,jarred bacon on before serving to my son. The hot cocoa recipe looks luscious and I am reminded of the best cocoa I ever had which was slowly heated for about 2 hrs on the stove top---the crockpot would make that much easier. Who ever thought peach cobbler, our favorite dessert, could be made in a crockpot?

Heavy sturdy board books made to last longer than the pot.

This is a good book with many wonderful the only down side for me was most of the receipes have something with tomatoe and my husband can't have the tomatoe products. Other than that the receipes look amazing.

I bought this because the booklet that came with my 30+ year old Rival Crockpot is turning into dust! I expected to find updated recipes that are in the original book; this one's recipes are ok but not exactly what I was hoping for at this time. I'll be trying some out and am sure I'll like them but I really was expecting something else.
