Respectful yet jarring, August 9, 2011
This review is from: The River Flows North (Hardcover)
The literary equivalent of a cross marking a shallow grave, Limon respectfully yet jarringly depicts a ragtag group of immigrants who must survive a nightmare in order to reach the American dream.

good book!, June 20, 2011
This review is from: The River Flows North (Hardcover)
I think when you are into this whole latino/a literature this book is worth to be read. Without anticipating the storyline I can only say that things dont necessarily happen as expected which creates a lot of tension and curiosity.Instead of laying it aside, you just want to continue reading it. Just read it and while you do so, enjoy your time!
