Purchased the product for mom to make moon cake, the mold was a little spendy, but thought would give it a try. Discovered there are other molds to make the cake which would be easier to remove from the pan, and the shapes turns out better. We used mini-cake mold shaped like roses, it is a mold with 6-8 cakes in a pan. Worked out really well.
