Nice product, vendor support non-existent, January 7, 2010
First one didn't work. Vendor website Support section pretty much repeated brochure that came with mouse and no reply to e-mail asking for help.
Amazon replaced it with one that worked in time for Christmas. Gift recipient, a Mustang fan, loves it.

Wireless mouse not track cursor, September 18, 2011
Owned well functioning wired Mustang mouse (since my wife a Mustang fan) and decided I wanted wireless one for different computer. Not a high cost mouse so did not expect high level function.
Purchased wireless and immediately noted it did not track well with cursor. Changed batteries, bought solid color mouse pad with no design, downloaded software as instructed to sync with mouse. NO effect.
Sent back to amazon for exchange. Second mouse had same poor tracking of cursor (wife not happy).
Sent second mouse back to Amazon for refund. No problems with Amazon returns
Sent issue to mouse company. Here is email and company response:
Wireless mustang mouse not consistently track cursor.
Exchanged for new one already with same issue.
Changed batteries, turned on button, used on counter top and different mouse pads, ran bind with SunPlus IT, bought new solid color mouse pad with no designs, no effect.
Will return and not exchange.
Too bad, like design of mouse. I do have wired Mustang mouse.

Wow. I've only had that happen once before out of all my exchanges since I started as customer service manager. Talk about the short end of the stick. :/
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue credits for returns, so, although you are welcome to return your mouse without receiving an exchange, I feel sending you one is the best option. Also, as per our return policy, you need an RMA. If you would not mind notifying me of the original RMA number so I can cross reference it to get the information I need that'd be great.
