5.0 out of 5 stars Added Import duty February 18, 2014
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
This CD met with all my expectations but the front of the CD case was broken probably in transit from America, that I didnt mind, it took 3 weks to deliver, that I did'nt mind but I was a little angry that I was charged an extra £12:59 by the royal mail before they would allow me my parcel and this was considered to be import duty. If this is the case shouldnt customers be informed of this hidden cost beforehand. This is not the first time I've bought CD's from USA or Japan....but its the first time I've been handed hidden costs. I ordered another CD at the same time which came from the USA also but I wasnt charged any duty on that one so I'd like to know how Duty is determined which may alter the way I buy CD's in future.
