I've read DePastino's "Citizen Hobo" before watching this doc and this film seems to be centered on it. DePastino himself is interviewed quite a lot and has very few other experts. Not a big academic source, if you're looking for that kind of thing-- but there aren't a lot of documentaries out there about this lifestyle, so enjoy! Pretty fascinating.
