Deadlands, Mad Max Style!, March 29, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Road Warriors (Deadlands: Hell on Earth) (Paperback)
The expanded combat and construction rules add a new dimension to the Deadlands universe, and can be used anytime to liven up a long day of driving across the wasted west. Modify old vehicles with a whole slew o' new guns, mods and such, or build yer own mean machine, then take to the road!

Unlife in the fast lane of Deadlands, January 30, 2010
This review is from: Road Warriors (Deadlands: Hell on Earth) (Paperback)
Road Warriors is one of the books that if used will truly distinguish the Weird West setting from Hell of Earth. The book contains an oral history from a truck driver of the Convey, a group of transports that keep the hope of humanity re-rising from the ashes of the apocalypse. The book covers the entire landscape of North America and the weird things going in certain areas. The book also covers the heroic patrolman, the Convey, road gangs, and wheel men for hire.
Some of the best features the book covers in detail are advanced driving rules, damage systems for automobiles, mounting weapons and armor on vehicles, and a greater degree of customizing vehicles in general. There is enough information in the book to help make an entire campaign in a Mad Max setting or to just spice up a Deadlands session.
