A Blue Ocean Dream - On the Road to Wisdom, April 22, 2008

Wow, this is a fun album. He fuses elements of both synthpop and electronica to create a bouncy yet complex album. The music is not over complicated and also not so simplistic that it bores me, he really has found an nice medium that drifts between the danceable and the ambient. And the vocal effects, wow, very unique and it suits the music perfectly. LOVE the vocal work. I especially enjoy the song "Cold", amazing club track and worthy of being a single. This is an excellent release and I hope to add more to my collection from A Blue Ocean Dream.

This album is an exquisite piece of electronic and synthpop music. It is like Kraftwerk but I found it a lot enjoyable. The artist voice is like computer. In fact all the album sounds like computer-generated. Some great compositions: Automatic, On a Sunny Day (some kind of love song, "everytime I think of you, my heart beats just like a drum, to the tune to the melody, it just sticks like bubblegum"), Streets of Monaco... Incredible, simple incredible!
