Compact and portable, the Roadmax vmax361 GPS navigation system features a built-in speaker, an easy-to-read 3.5-inch, 320 x 240 LCD touch-control display, voice prompt navigation, and an intuitive interface to help get you where you need to go quickly and easily. This system boasts a foldable, SiRF-enabled, 12 channel GPS antenna and lets you search by address, intersection, or points of interest. And the automatic re-routing feature and fast route calculation help minimize delays caused by traffic and other obstructions. The vmax361 even stores your most recently visited destinations and can supply phone numbers for most locations. Pocket-sized, slim, and able to continuously update driving distance and time, this system helps keeps you on track and gives you peace of mind while traveling.
The vmax361 is ready to use out of the box and comes with a pre-loaded Secure Digital (SD) card containing detailed digital Navteq maps of the entire United States and Canada. To keep things simple, it gives you the option of 2D, 3D, or turn-by-turn viewing formats. For added convenience, the vmax361 offers multi-language support (including English, Spanish, and French), as well as a volume adjustable voice prompt option. And because this system includes a suction type window mount kit and a rechargeable internal battery, it's a breeze to mount and transfer the vmax361 between vehicles without losing power.

If you're looking for a inexpensive GPS as we were for the RV, you have found it - easy to follow and has some nice features. 1 hour battery life outside of the vehicle is nice if you need to walk around a city.Can't beat the price vs features when compared to the "big boys" of the GPS world. If you do a "google search " - you'll get lots of platitudes for the product -

Under normal situations, in an open environment without obstruction to reception, it takes approximately 15 seconds for the vamx361 to get a GPS fix on the current location. Please park your vehicle at open environment for the first position fix to be obtained.
