For as short as it is (just about 33 minutes of music), this soundtrack finds an amazing number of ways to get you moving! This are jivin' hits, as it were, and every one of them is as fun as the movie itself was. The fact that you may not speak Hindi without the help of subtitles doesn't matter at all -- you can feel the emotion and heft in each of these tracks, as the performers give each and every one of them their all. I was so jazzed to discover that this was available for purchase in North America. I just hope the film is as easy to get on DVD! The CD is a good bargain, including a few extra little knick-knacks from the film -- and also showing you a full collection of all the "Roadside Romeo" knick-knacks that are available in India!

This is a Disney financed Indian CGI project. It was mainly for India and got a very limited US release. It is worthy of great praise. Characters and look and style are excellent. If you are a "furry", this is a must see! Watch for it to appear on DVD, and when it does, get it. You'll not be disappointed. It has English subtitles. It is in Hindi for the most part but it uses a lot of "broken English" parts as well. Spread the word! Let all know about this "hidden gem"!

The music is great with tunes that will be stuck in your head for days. You will enjoy them so much you will start humming them without even noticing.

Our children liked the movie very much, and now they are dancing, enjoying with the songs. Album has nice songs for birthday parties.

I understand that the presence of latin and spanic dancing rythms is a trial of attracting the public by giving what the people want, that also reveal an attraction of indian people by this dancing ocidental rythms. In this context maybe pure indian songs wold enrich the soundtrack. Still, there is a clear indian touch in the orchestration (made with violins and so on...) that gives a genuine taste to the tracks.
