good historical story,

I come from North Carolina so I have read Inglis Fletcher since I was a child. I love these stories, and they are actually historically accurate at many points. They may be classified as historical romance, but they are more history that bodice rippers.

Inglis Fletcher's ROANOKE HUNDRED is an old historical romanace that every fan should read and many authors who work in the genre should take as a guide book. Great plot, interesting story line, accurate research and a well told tale.
