Excellent for understanding the basics of pathology,

This is an excellent book for medical students as well as for those who want to be in touch with the latest development in the field of pathology. The fundamentals of basic and systemic pathology are very nicely elaborated in this book. I would not recommend to read this book cover to cover to any one who is preparing for USMLE but it would be very helpful to read certain topics like immunology, genetics, cell injury etc. form this book for a better understanding.
