Love these for boys, January 4, 2007
I bought this along with his robeez booties and I am happy to own both. I love how they suit his personality and his athletic baby clothing so well. When they are on his feet they stay on until you take them off. Amazing!!!

Robeez Infant Shoes Are the Absolute Best! A Must Have for Beginner Walkers!, December 3, 2006
This review is from: Robeez Soft Soles Baseball Slip On (Infant/Toddler/Little Kid) (Apparel)
If your baby has reached the crawling stage, please get a pair of Robeez infant soft leather shoes PRONTO! I know they are a bit pricey, but they are worth every cent. In addition, you might be able to find older Robeez designs on-sale in department stores such as Nordstrom. They'll usually go for around $18.00
I'm a baseball fan so I had to buy these baseball themed pair of Robeez for my 10 month old infant son. Once he started 'cruising' this was the only pair of shoes for him. Don't be fooled by other look-alike brands, Robeez is by far the absolute best for comfort and durability. The best part is the stay-on elasticized ankle-band which makes it easy to put on baby. The same feature have made these shoes the only ones my son hasn't figured out how to take off his feet. All others came off at the speed of lightening!
Robeez soft flexibles soles are skid-resistant because they are made of textured suede. They provide enough friction so as to ensure a safer option for a beginner walker. These shoes come in several styles for both boys and girls. I've already ordered the Shark, Digger, Elephant, and Sailboat Robeez for my son. He'll be wearing Robeez until he's ready to graduate to Stride Rite shoes.

Now I'm hooked, November 17, 2009
This review is from: Robeez Soft Soles Baseball Slip On (Infant/Toddler/Little Kid) (Apparel)
I have to admit. In the past, when I saw other babies wear these shoes, I never understood why parents would buy these shoes for their kids. I just thought they wanted to show off. When my son first started crawling, he was fine with just socks. When he started pulling himself up on everything and started cruising, I had to get him something that would help him take his first steps. I tried several cheap shoes from Target and Walmart, but they just didn't seem right. They didn't fit well and seemed stiff. So, I finally decided to give the Robeez a try. The Baseball Robeez were the first pair I bought for him. They fit so well and were nice and soft. The design is very cute and matches most of his clothes. The elastic around the ankle keeps the shoes on the foot. I have other shoes for him with velcro closures, and he takes them off as fast as I can put them on. He can't do that with his Robeez. Also, the non-slip soles make it safe for him to walk on all kinds of surfaces. I bought these for him in September, and he has worn them everyday since then. I wipe them clean with a baby wipe every so often, and they still look great. They were really worth every penny. I just read a great tip on the Robeez website. The soles can be re-conditioned by rubbing them with sandpaper or a wire brush. I'll have to try this.
Since I had such a great experience with these shoes, I have since bought a couple more pairs in the next size up, since my son will soon need the bigger size. I also ordered some Robeez thermal booties for the winter. I'm really hooked now. My son will wear Robeez as long as possible. I just wish their sizing would be better. For example, he was 12 months old when I bought the Baseball Robeez for him, and he fit in the size 6-12 months. The 12-18 months size was too big for him. Now, as he is approaching 15 months, he finally fits in the 12-18 months size. On the other hand, the thermal booties were too small for him in size 12-18 months when he was 13 months. When I ordered regular booties for him in size 18-24 months, they were too big, but fit in size 12-18 months. Long story short... the sizing is not very uniform. If you have a chance to try these on your kid before you buy them, that would be best.
Other than that, these are great shoes and I would recommend these to anyone.
