These are the most wonderful boots but they do run a bit small. I think they are actually the same size as the robeez shoes but the fur inside takes up some room so when in doubt, go up a size.

These booties are quite adorable. Very stylish for those toddlers who care about fashion. Seriously, though, these are very soft and comfortable. The inside is very plush and the soft soles are great for babies feet. Jacob just loves these. I can tell because he never tries to pull them off. We bought him Uggs- he hates them, won't keep them on. Bought him a nice soft pair of Nike sneakers-off they came. I read the reviews for Robeez booties and thought I would take a chance. He hasn't once tried to take them off. As far as being waterproof, it's not really an issue. He is only 14 months old and I don't typically let him walk in snow or puddles anyway. I do however think these run a bit small. The 12-18 month fit him perfectly right now with no room to grow. We'll see...

Great shoe for a cruiser/ pre-walker,

These shoes are fabulous and we got compliments galore! The reason for the 4 star rating is that the difference is huge between the 6-12mo size and the 12-18mo size. I had to go buy my daughter a different pair of shoes because the first pair was getting to be pretty snug and the next pair was really to big to wear.

Absolutly the best money I have invested on shoes. I live in a VERY cold part of the country and these are perfect for my 14 month old. Totally non-slip, and the fur goes all the way through the boot, so well made. Perfect and worth every penny!

My 16-month old daughter won't wear slippers, and socks are too slippery on our tile floors. These "booties" work great - the sole is relatively non-skid for a child who has only been walking for three months. She finds them comfortable enough that she doesn't try to take them off. Also, they really do stay on through gentle tugging, but are easy for an adult to pull off & put on. They are very light weight and soft enough to wear with or without socks. We have had a pair for 3 months now. They are durable enough to wear outside on a dry day, or while shopping at the mall etc. (she wore them Trick-or-Treating). They have held up very well to daily indoor and occasional outdoor use (the only visible wear is on the soles.) I am ordering another pair for the winter - they really are worth the $37 for a child who won't wear any other slippers.

So, with my third daughter I finally got smart and invested in a pair of these booties. I bought the 12-18 month size since she was born in March and I figured they would be perfect to begin wearing in Sept. when she was 6 months old. Well, it is now March and she STILL wears them everyday, and as she approaches her first birthday they are perfect for learning to walk. Best things about them...they are PLUSH and keep her feet warm and well protected with no need for socks, we get complimented on them nearly every day (I bought beige and they go with everything), and they have NEVER been pulled off/fallen off. I think she will be able to wear them for at least another 6 months so well worth the money! And, unlike regular Robeez which can be constricting around chubby ankles, these don't bind anywhere thanks to the shape and soft fur lining! Very easy to get on and off too!

Keeps those little toes nice and toasty. For an "easy to get" on those feet, buy one size bigger than current size. Elastic keeps them from falling off.

I purchased these for my 14 month old. Was not sure what size to get so I opted for the 18-24 mo. figuring she could wear them next year if nothing else. Turns out they are a little big, but she can still wear them and has no problem toddeling around. They seem very well constucted and keep her little feet nice and warm. Overall a very nice product that I would highly recommend!

My 8-month-old daughter LOVES to sit on the carpet and rub her feet back and forth. She does this so much that she has actually given herself rug burns on her little toes - and there are times I swear I can smell smoke!! So, knowing that winter is coming and despairing of finding anything else that would stay on her feet (socks are a lost cause) to not only keep them warm but to also protect them from self-inflicted injuries - we invested in these booties. They are WONDERFUL! She can rub to her heart's content and they don't come off, her feet stay nice and warm, and she has gotten numerous compliments on how cute and stylish the booties are. We got the cream to go with just about everything, and we are very pleased with the purchase!

Wood Floors+New Walker+Winter+these Booties=LOVE,

My baby girl was hesitant about walking on our wood floors unless she was barefoot. It's getting colder and we tried several other indoor slippers with grippers on the bottom and other shoes, but she would rip them off or crawl around. The moment we put these on her she walked across the living room. She walks all over the house in these booties and doesn't try to take them off like she does with her other shoes and slippers. If I had known these were so awesome I wouldn't have wasted money on her other shoes. I have a second pair in Pink that are the same size 12-18months and the pink ones are bigger. The brown ones stay on better and look more cozy on her feet. I bought the pink ones used at a consignment shop and they have a different thinner inner lining and are probably an older style. I would not use these for outdoor walking because we live in Seattle and I don't want to ruin her booties in puddles. I do throw these on her for trips to the store when I know she will just be in the carseat and in a cart, or in a stroller. They are really cute with tights and even with her pj's and a cute jacket for quick outtings. Plus, she gets so many compliments on her cute warm boots! I want a pair of my own for indoor slippers :-D
