Would like to start reading the beginning of the Joe Pike and/or Elvis Cole, which ever came first? Don't know which book to start. Thanks

Vicki Bellet says:
Elvis Cole came first - Crais also did some earlier books that were really good.

I'm a big fan of RC, and I started from the beginning of the series. It's just my way, but I like to get the sequence of events straight. Also check out Joseph Wambaugh, another favorite.
